On the 13th of October I felw from FRA to RIX.
The plane was very empty
The weather was very good in Riga.

I was visiting a friend Alberts. He was studing as a international student in Darmstadt.
He gave me one of his bikes. The freedom to travel around in the city is nice to have.
The city of Riga is pretty old and has some hidden gems.
There is a lot of public transport.

There are remnants of the old times when Latvia was part of the USSR.

The city is so small. In just a few minutes you can be in a less populated area.
There also old social building from soviet times.

We ended up driving to the sea with our bikes at 11pm. On the way back there was a thunderstorm.
The sea was not very salty.
